We take a collaborative approach to every project, working closely with our clients to ensure that their vision is brought to life. Our team of experienced filmmakers and creatives are dedicated to delivering high-quality work on time and on budget.
We are a Latinx Horror and Genre screenwriting group formed to discover stories that can often be overlooked. Our focus is on the type of programming we love most - HORROR and GENRE! We believe that reading and sharing our stories will help us produce our best work with honest feedback, making us better writers.
We welcome the chance for our writers to be seen!

Founder
Jose Vicente Chavez is a native New Mexican who grew up with devout Catholic parents. He prayed the rosary on his knees every night to Our Lady of Guadalupe. He began obsessing over the Catholic Saints and their horrific martyrdom. This obsession pushed him towards the horror genre, but with an added spiritual element. He showed affinity to film early in his teens. He would later graduate from NMSU in 2012 with a degree in Digital Filmmaking, and moved to Los Angeles in 2014. In 2019, he was accepted into the NHMC TV Scriptwriters Program. In 2020, he was selected as one of three directors for the CBS Pipeline Challenge, making a short film for Homeboy Industries titled, “Hope Has An Address.” In that same year, he wrote and directed “The Tongue,” which had a great 2022 festival run. Additionally, it was selected to screen at the 43rd CineFestival San Antonio and Indie Short Fest 2023. Jose is the Founder of The LatinXorcists.
